HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
1. Contact us at contact@oakandmerchant.com to let us know what you would like to return and we will provide you further information.
3. Ensure your items are in original condition and send back to us in its original packaging (pouch and box).
4. Package up your item securely and send back using a traceable service.
WHO PAYS FOR MY RETURN?
Items are to be sent back to Oak & Merchant at the cost of the customer.
FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM?
In the unlikely event that your product is deemed faulty, or if you received the incorrect order, please email us at contact@oakandmerchant.com with a description & images of the fault and we will provide you further information.
